1. HOLISTIC RESOLUTION
In the tradition of Satsang, we explore purpose and energetic investment. We focus our attention to what elevates and grounds us in Now, learn about our resonating vibrance and communion with the eternal flowing Self.
2. SELF REALIZATION
From the creative portal of the sacral chakra, we explore life-force Prana discuss freedom from fractured identities, conflict and addiction. We learn of the astonishing power of expending energy efficiently.
3. FLOW STATE
Understanding flow state, we come to embody the will of equipoise. From the solar plexus we begin to work with the profound teacher - breath - the bridge to our source of existence.
4. HEART COHERENCE
Heart chakra and pranayama practices are explored, along with the significance of yin and yang. We come to see how it is that the projection of the entire world is coming through us.
5. THE ART OF EXPRESSION
Topics include quantum entanglement and the link between the voice box and throat chakra communication. We discuss akasha, Aether, and are introduced to mantra affirmations.
6. HEALTH SOVEREIGNTY
This powerful session ties together intuition, third eye chakra and spontaneous healing. Find out how thoughts and emotions respond to your state of Being and physical manifestations.
7. SYNTHESIS
Fully integrate the sacred learnings from previous sessions and share how devotional practice creates a road map to the lives we've always dreamed of.
THE GROUP CONTAINER
This is a safe, real-time container where everyone is working on their own Self Awareness journey.
Put the techniques you learn into practice between sessions. After each weekly 120 minute session, you’ll get an exercise or journaling prompt. This will challenge you to start using a new approach through the week. When you come to the next class, you are welcome to share what came up for you. Most students find it powerful to learn that others who may be having similar struggles or triumphs and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves amongst the chaos of their lives.
